1. Job Title : Executive - A400M Order Desk


Position Title:

Executive – A400M Order Desk

Report to:

VP Program Organisation

 

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Timely entry of orders and RFQ’s received through any channel (portals, mail, fax,etc).
  2. Timely administration of all aspects of the order and RFQ process, including customer returns.
  3. Timely follow-up on proposals (quotations) submitted to the customers.
  4. Ability to classify queries into the right category to facilitate orders.
  5. Provide responses and/or coordination of customer’s commercial queries.
  6. Forward queries to the appropriate department once classified.
  7. Provide necessary order information to properly investigate and rapidly close complaints from customers.
  8. Provide weekly reports to higher management.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

2. Job Title : Manager, A400M Material Support Services


Position Title:

Manager – A400M Material Support Services

Report to:

VP Program Organisation

 

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of material/ logistic professional to deliver to an agreed service standard for warehouse and order desk activities .
  2. Consistently deliver to agreed KPI targets that are reviewed on a monthly basis with the Customer.
  3. Maintain a consistent level of service through adherence to approved operating procedures.
  4. Manage to agreed internal budget targets for the department.

i.             Develop courseware and conduct courses appropriately in accordance with training procedures and SAE MOE requirements.

ii.            Maintain a register of all updates to the master copies of all the training notes.

iii.           Prepare audio/ visual aids necessary in support of the courses planned.

iv.           Conduct courses as per the Training Plan and to the guidelines established in the training SOP. Maintain a high standard of instructional technique at all times.

v.            Maintain a high level of discipline and punctuality amongst course participants and ensure the regulations of Learning & Development Section are properly conveyed and adhered at all times.

vi.           Ensure that all training aids are correctly utilized and maintained.

vii.          Ensure that classroom is tidied at the end of each instructing day.

Specific Function and Responsibilities

i.              Manage the daily general administration of the department.

ii.            Assist the Manager, Learning & Development in coordinating, planning, implementing and organizing all administration function of the department to meet organization objectives.

iii.           Plan for adequate facility, security and use of training equipment and training aids including budget preparation and procurement processes.

iv.           Administer department assets to ensure all utilisation is managed and maintained in the proper manner.

v.            To communicate and coordinate with relevant Section/Department or customer with regards to any administration matter and training requirements.

vi.           Manage all administration matter to an acceptable standard and ensuring update and proper document and records safe-keeping.

vii.          Ensure adequate stock of training material and stationery are maintained in the department.

viii.         Coordinate and schedule re-examinations in consultation with Instructor / Manager, Learning & Development.

ix.           Maintain and update department course register.

7. Job Title : Executive /  Senior Executive, Quality Assurance


Location: Sepang Aircraft Engineering Company (SAE)

Reports to: Engineer / Senior Engineer, Quality Assurance

Specific Function and Responsibilities

  1. Receive and register application of supplier / subcontractor and forward to relevant QAE assessment.
  2. Manage amendment request of SAE Publications (MOE, SOP, Forms and Other Manuals ) and forward to QAE for review.
  3. Prepare and update records of NCR, surveillance reports and issue reminders on status. Report NCR that is still open to Quality Assurance Engineers for further action.
  4. Assist QAE in performing surveillance as requested on SAE maintenance activities to ensure compliance with requirements, procedures and standards so that quality of the product is maintained in an airworthiness state. This includes reviewing the check packages.
  • B) Raise Surveillance reports and issue NCR to Area Owners for corrective and remedial actions to be accomplished within the agreed time frame.

8. Job Title : Key Accounts Officer

Reports to: Senior Manager, Airframe and Component Business Development

Basic Purpose

Coordinating Airframe business activities and closely work with the Airframe Executives covering day-to-day maintenance activities which involve monitoring the customer’s key accounts to ensure the compliance with all the contractual obligations and attend to customer’s needs on timely basis.

Details for Compliance with the Contractual Obligations

a)      Before the Aircraft Induction

  1. To closely monitor and ensure all the contractual obligations are met by the customer including but not limited to the followings:
  • Documentation and Procedures Training/Briefing.
  • On time receipt of the Work Package.
  • On time receipt of the Order.
  • To ensure order confirms to contractual obligations (price, publication references)
  • Other commercial terms and conditions as per the signed Agreement.
  1. To update in the server all Orders provided by the Customers and ensuring issuance of on time CRO.
  2. To communicate and coordinate with Planning Department in ensuring customer’s obligations are in place as per the contractual agreement before the aircraft induction.

b)      During the Maintenance

To assist Executive/Senior Manager in providing quotations as and when required.

c)       After Aircraft Redelivery

To assist and attend to customer’s feedback/warranty (if any).

  1. To provide quotation requested by the customer and ensure quotation is provided in a timely manner.
  2. To negotiate quotation with the customer after validation by the management.
  3. To update in the server all quotations validated by the Customer and SAE’s Management.

Details for Data and Document Control

  1. To control, assist and to validate OMV Invoicing folder provided by Customer Support.
  2. To compile and consolidate data for KPI preparation and monitoring purposes.

Details for Customer Expectation

  1. To monitor and oversee all the customer request of Slot for Airframe Maintenance activities are timely replied.
  2. To satisfy our customers while contributing to SAE’s profitability in a competitive environment and increasing levels of aircraft deliveries and service activities.
  3. To establish and updating Customer Profiling including type of service, terms & conditions of service and other related documents.
  4. To update and record Customer Profile.

Details for Billing Management

  1. To assist and validate all over and above IRC for OMVs provided by Customer support.
  2. To respect the target KPI Billing in accordance with KPI’s.
  3. To follow up the process of Billing.
  4. To coordinate and assist Customer Support and Finance in customer’s billing.

 

9. Engineer / Senior Engineer, Quality Assurance

Reports to: Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance

Supervisor of: Officer / Executive, Quality Assurance

 

Specific Function and Responsibilities

  1. Undertake tasks related to safety and airworthiness requirements as assigned by Assistant Manager Quality Assurance. Report status and file reports on assigned tasks to his/her office.
  2. Perform surveillance on SAE engineering and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with requirements, procedures and standards so that quality of the product is maintained in an airworthiness state. Raise Surveillance reports and issuance of NCR to Area Owners for corrective and remedial actions to be accomplished within the agreed time frame.
  3. Perform audits, inclusive of verification of corrective and preventive actions taken by responsible Managers on recent quality audit reports and  ‘Open’ NCRs. Report status and file reports on assigned tasks to his/her office.
  4. Liaise with customer Quality Assurance personnel on matters relating  to compliance to airworthiness requirements.
  5. Conduct of oral assessment as a Quality Testing Officer (QTO) to assess qualified personnel for issuance of company authorization / approval. Reporting to Assistant Manager Quality Assurance on issues related to qualifying of personnel. Recommend competent candidates for the issuance or renewal of personnel Company Authorization / Approval.
  6. Carry out investigation of any incident / accident involving aircraft maintained / operated by SAE. Discuss and file reports on adverse findings and observation to Assistant Manager Quality Assurance. Monitor and review corrective and preventive actions taken to prevent a recurrence.
  7. Recommend to HQAS dispositions on request for deviation from approved procedures submitted by authorized personnel from the Materials or the Aircraft Production Department.
  8. Prepare the Quality and Safety Department Quality Notices and safety bulletin.
  9. Carry out Assessment of Suppliers / Repair Facilities / Sub-Contractors for SAE.
  10. Conduct Technical Inquiry as assigned by HQAS.
  11. Perform Certificate of Maintenance Review on customer aircrafts as assigned, where required.

10. Job Title: Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) B1/B2

Location: Sepang Aircraft Engineering Company (SAE)

Expected Date for Start: Immediate

 

Specific Function and Responsibilities

  1. To ensure the maintenance on the aircraft meets the requirements of the airworthiness authorities and the company and that the aircraft is fit for release to service as stipulated in his/ her approval certificate.
  2. To plan, organize and control the required manpower to meet each aircraft zone requirement as determined by the LEO and to ensure manpower availability at all times.
  3. To lead and manage a team of Aircraft technicians and to ensure completion of an aircraft task or check within the time period allocated.
  4. To ensure zonal progress are within the timeline as per the flowchart of the check and update the LEO progressively.
  5. To ensure work carried out on the aircraft with highest quality and safety standards.
  6. To ensure all documents are properly certified without discrepancy, to enable smooth delivery of aircraft check packages to the customers.
  7. To enforce strict discipline of technicians under his/ her respective zones.
  8. To maintain good self-discipline and respect superiors at all times.
  9. To ensure his/ her company authorization and recurrent training is current and up to date.
  10. To carry out duties assigned by the superiors.

11.  DCAM part 66 AMEL

12.  A320 family with CFM/V2500 engine or A330 type rating endorsed.

13.  Aircraft type certificate must be certified by EASA 147 approved training organization.

14.  Preferable with 6/24 months experience with A320 or A330 in Base Maintenance.

Specific Function and Responsibilities

•    Accountable for the on-time and on-budget delivery of assigned projects.
•    Contribute to contractual technical negotiations as required by Commercial department during sales campaigns.
•    Contribute to the check package evaluation to ensure the budget and TAT established is in line with business objectives.
•    Manage the progress of assigned projects against the agreed budget and timeline and take necessary actions to ensure delivery to plan.
•    Monitor, manage and mitigate risk to the given projects.
•    Chair internal milestone reviews as defined.
•    Chair the daily review with the Customer.
•    Consolidate internal inputs to provide the customer with regular progress reports.
•    Performs internal reporting on the status of the checks to key stakeholders.
•    Interface with all internal departments as needed to meet the objectives of the check.
•    Manage items under Customer responsibility to promote delivery in line with expected dates/standards.
•    Aims to maximise revenue by ensuring all work is correctly assigned to existing contractual conditions.
•    Identifies the performance of work in addition to the initial check package to ensure the correct contractual conditions are applied.
•    Provide the Customer a dedicated SAE interface that exceeds service level expectation.
•    Maintain an awareness of Quality and Regulatory standards and promote the adherence to these in all activities.
•    Maintain company approvals where applicable to actively support the Part 145 activity as and when required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

•    Minimum 10 years of experience in the aircraft industry, with practical knowledge of MRO.

The Job preparation is to review aircraft technical document, preparation on aircraft maintenance check package/in man-hours/material/tooling/time line/works cope minutes/sending invitation of meeting/ conduct work scope meeting prior Aircraft input to production.

 

Job Requirement:

  1. Fresh graduate in Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Aeronautical/ Engineering with a minimum of 3-4  year work experience preferably in planning, project management, fleet technical management and both Line & Base Maintenance environment on the following aircraft:
    1. A318/319/320/321
    2. A330
    3. ATR 42-400/500/72-212A
    4. B737-300/400/500
  2. Good knowledge in Maintenance planning data/AMM/SRM/NTM/TSM/CMM/IPC would be advantage.

Job Purpose:

The Dock Planner is to study and have brief understanding on the assigned check in accordance with the time line/ Gantt Chart and physical package provided by Job Preparation, to liaise with Commercial Department and Customer Support section on capture man-hours and recording of additional works, monitor and coordinate spares required for the check, update daily check progress, to ensure aircraft acceptance form are completed, all task cards related to the check are properly closed, all non-cleared tasks have been deferred accordingly, Tech. Log entry pertaining to the check is closed before CRS issued, to ensure all work package are closed physically and in AMASIS system prior to aircraft serviceable.

Job Requirement:

  1. Diploma / Degree in Aeronautical/ Engineering/ Aircraft Maintenance license with a minimum of 2 years work experience preferable in planning, project management, fleet technical management and both line and base maintenance environment on the following aircraft:

Job Purpose:

The Senior Engineer/ Executive Job Preparation is to analyse and evaluate aircraft technical document, aircraft check man-hours, material/ tooling, time line and consultation to the production at SAE during Aircraft Maintenance activities and to manage the aircraft maintenance check input and work together with the Material/ Warehouse/ Purchasing/PM/LAE/LEO to meet aircraft maintenance check on time delivery.
